Garden Opening Times 2026

The garden will be open to the public for 7 weeks every Wednesday from 20 May until 8 July 2026.

Entrance is 2-2.15pm every Wednesday at the archway in the main house. The gardens are open until 4pm.

Entrance fee is £9 per person payable on arrival (please note we have no card machine). No need to book.

NGS Day 2026 - the garden will be open on Saturday 4 July from 11am to 4pm as part of the National Garden Scheme. Entrance fee is £9.

Historically significant, this 17th century house with its three-acre garden is bursting with inspirational planting and magnificent architectural structures, such as the charming Lutyens-designed, Italianate summerhouse, game larder, pergolas and vast stone-paved courtyard.
